Chin has about 15 years of recruitment experience, including leading the talent acquisition functions for a leading insurance company and an Asian conglomerate. She has deep experience in HR executive search having delivered mid to senior level searches across HR functions/specializations and industries including industrial, energy, healthcare, media, IT/Telco, banking and financial services.
Chin has shared market insights and worked hand in glove with clients’ leadership teams at global, regional and local levels to identify and bring on board high calibre HR talents. She believes that a good career/talent match starts with having honest conversations and genuinely caring for the interests of both the client and candidate. This has helped her develop trust and strong working relationships within her HR/business network such that many have consulted and sought her advice.
Chin enjoys sports and field hockey has been her passion for many years, including 10 years with the Singapore national team. She has experienced sweet successes in sports when passion meets determination and has brought this same attitude to her work.
Chin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
Michelle’s primary focus will be advising and finding talents for China-owned companies looking to expand to or enter new markets in Asia (particularly Singapore), or companies with strong China focus or which are keen to expand in or enter China.
Being born and raised in China and having worked in Singapore and China have given Michelle a global mindset and approach. With her hands-on start up experience, Michelle is very well placed to help this group of clients build and strengthen their regional teams.
Michelle has been in recruitment for 10 years and has successfully managed mid to senior level searches in technology and banking, legal and compliance roles, across the APAC region. The highlight of her career was being part of the founding team at CGP Group, when it started its business/office in China 9 years ago. Michelle was employee number 2 and she played a critical role in setting up its office and starting up its Legal and Compliance practice.
Michelle’s passion for recruitment has seen her career grow from strength to strength. Having been part of CGP Group’s start up journey and witnessing its subsequent growth and expansion have ignited the entrepreneurial spirit in Michelle. Her dream is to build Stellar Link Partners into a sustainable and responsible business for the next 30 years and beyond.
Michelle graduated from the University of Central Lancashire and Shanghai University of Business and Economics, respectively, specializing in Journalism.
Di is an interesting addition to the Stellar Link team. She brings an international outlook and injects fresh and creative perspectives and energy.
Di has lived, studied or worked in Shanghai, Hongkong, San Francisco and Singapore. Di has always been passionate about learning and education. She chose a degree in Art Education and spent the early part of her career in children’s education, notably with Disney, the happiest place on earth.
Recruitment was a deliberate career choice as it feels like a natural extension of her desire to impact others. Leveraging on her core experience and contacts, Di is specializing in the Education sector for a start. It has proven to be a wise decision as she has already forged a niche for herself with some signiﬁcant wins.
As Di is still exploring and building her experience in recruitment, she will work on other selective assignments, currently within Product Management, Artiﬁcial Intelligence & Analytics, Strategy & Investment of industries include E-commerce, Fintech, Technology Solutions, Web3.0, Automotive, Life Science and Venture Capital.
Kelvin Qiu is an experienced IT and Technology recruiter, partnering the IT community in Asia since 2011. He is responsible for the Technology Team, placing mid-to-senior permanent and contract professionals across Asia.
With his deep market knowledge and extensive expertise surrounding the space for Technology talents in Asia, Kelvin builds relationships with new and existing clients and candidates, linking top talents to the best opportunities in buzzing start-ups, sprawling multinationals, and anything in between.
Privately, Kelvin is a proud father of two beautiful children, and finds joy in watching all their toddlers’ antics. He enjoys good food, and is thankful that Singapore is such a food paradise!

Nishah joined us as a Recruitment Consultant with the IT/Tech desk specializing in Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc). A career in recruitment plays to Nishah’s strengths. She enjoys interacting with people and has a protective instinct, always looking out for the interests and welfare of others, hence an earlier career in law enforcement and the service industry.
